Charles Jenkins
Charles J. Jenkins & Associates, Inc. (“CJJ&A”) was established as a Sole Proprietorship in October 1980 and operated as such until it was incorporated as a Texas Corporation in September 1991. The firm has provided engineering design, assessment, and consulting services continually since its inception. Consistent with the Texas Engineering Practice Act, the principal, Charles J. Jenkins, is a professional engineer, licensed in Texas, with additional licensure in Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arizona.
Charles Jenkins is a licensed professional engineer with specialties in structural and mechanical engineering. CJJ&A serves primarily Houston/Galveston area and the surrounding counties, but also regularly goes to the Golden Triangle and other areas of East and South Texas, as well as Louisiana and Oklahoma.
Specializing in foundation and structural property assessments for a wide variety of clients, Mr. Jenkins is well known for his attention to detail and his ability to help the client understand the ramifications of the findings of assessment performed.
